Elegantly indulgent small cookies, double dipped in chocolate, nuts, and sometimes special confectionery coatings to enrich the flavors. These biscotti entice the senses. Using full rich flavor and real ingredients to produce a biscotti with a gentle crunch rather than jaw breaking hardness. Within these pages you will find 17 flavors of biscotti, one of which is sugar free. Not every cookie is dipped, but every flavor you choose will delight. All of our biscotti are handcrafted to ensure the quality of the product. As with most things made by hand, the cookie sizes will not be standard. Some biscotti will be 1 bite and some will be 2 bites and even others will be slightly larger. Be assured each package of cookies is at minimum, the specified weight on the package.
