It all started with this cookie. This was the original recipe from where all other inspiration has come. Handed down to me to many years ago to count, I have been toying with biscotti for over twenty years. We make our anise biscotti with toasted almonds and lemon. We couldn’t and wouldn’t mess with the original. If you like traditional anise biscotti, you will love ours. We think there is none better.
